Archetto Freedom

Archetto Freedom® draws inspiration from the “Spatialism” movement, emphasising the freedom of creative expression. This vision, influenced by Lucio Fontana, the founder of Spatialism, values the creative process over the finished product. Fontana explored how space could be shaped using emptiness and light, paving the way for the “Light and Space” movement of the 1960s and 70s in the United States. Artists like Dan Flavin, who used neon lights in their luminous artworks, were also inspired by this concept.

For the past 50 years, the use of cold cathode lighting and glass shaping with blowtorches has produced captivating but delicate and often immovable art pieces.

Today, Archetto Freedom® offers a versatile lighting solution that can be shaped by hand, allowing you to create unique and dynamic forms in space. Each project becomes a unique work of art that can be reshaped and reinterpreted repeatedly, offering endless possibilities for creative expression.
